Replace your supplement stack with 1 coffee per day. ⭐ We spent a year choosing the right ingredients at the right dose After our initial formulation in Summer 2025, that already results from 25 years of longevity science, we deep dived in every supplement and nutritional aspects to fine tune the mix, month after month, to the best nutritional mix that at least we know of. This, is the science part. 🍫 It fits in one coffee+one bite per day This is far from trivial - mushroom chocolates and the like on the market typically have 10% of high value nutrition, we have more than 50%. We initially had to make major trade-offs to not fit in 12 bites a day, it was very hard in consistency, tasted like powder. We made it. Going from capsule and tablets to one daily longevity coffee. And a complementary chocolate if you want, including things like vitamins that would be destroyed by the heat of hot water.🧬 4 provisional patents now cover Londevity products What we propose is the result of hard work, not an idea overnight (in fact, it started with trying to make a longevity cake in 2009) ⚡So here this is Only about the coffee? Yes. This is the optimal value we have - just one Londevity coffee a day. In 12 g of daily powder, 10 g are for the longevity science-based ingredients! This very far above the typical mushroom coffee on the market, at the time of writing. If you started that way, nothing bad, but this is the next move. ⚡ What is inside? "Simple" :) : ⭐ 1. the good old basicsBecause ...they remain true and tend to be forgotten these days 0.6 g potassium per day (citrate form) - because we don't necessarily eat 5 fruits and vegetables per day (we should!). This is about a third of daily needs, but we think that if you are here, your nutrition is not that inadequate. It has a sort of salty taste that some may perceive in the chocolates but no we don't salt. 300 mg Calcium - more than in your glass of milk, and without the sugar (yes, lactose is sugar). Interestingly, potassium and calcium act together as a pH buffer to make the coffee less acidic - perfect for those whose body doesn't tolerate coffee acidity 150 mgTheanine - yes, it is well known (and well explained) that tea, or just its content theanine, together with non-decaffeinated coffee avoid the jittering effect of coffee. A recipe to stay calm and focused. 500 mg magnesium per day (bisglycinate, for a good absorption and to bring additional glycine) - for the nerves and many functions, and notably contributes to the calm rather than nervous focus. 0.5 g Cinnamon. As it also helps glucose management ⭐ 2. Surprisingly less known - though it depends on circles 4.1 g Glycine + 0.5 g Cysteine : two amino acids that are the fuel for the liver to produce glutathione, the main antioxidants of the body by very far - better give the fuel rather and antioxidants, because the body knows when to fire glutathione and by how much; and will otherwise empty the body reserves of fuel. The confidence on glycine is strong. Our ancestors (and even grandparents) used to eat cerebellum and liver where it is in higher proportion (it serves there!) but ..we don't. We tend to lack these two amino acids in our second half of live, especially in case of chronic disease. One lab (reputable but one lab so far only, so this is less solid) has spent decades on observing the numerous benefits of restoring levels of glycine and cysteine: better sleep, mood, physical strength, immune system notably. If we lack them at the first place, it makes sense. The good thing about glycine in coffee, is that it helps sleep overtime, thereby mitigating a third aspect for people sensitive to coffee (we still advise to take the longevity coffee in the morning) 3.1 g Creatine. Yes, the scientific literature converges that it increases your initial peak of energy by a few seconds. Mechanism: the body already produced creatine, but we can boost it a bit. When the mitochondria makes ATP (= celle energy), it converts this creatine to something call phosphocreatine, that bath in the cytosol, ready to make fast ATP when needed. We are charging batteries, of muscles and neuros notably (that can then be emptied in a few more seconds), which helps strength and mental support 250 mg Choline per day - if you didn't know that we tend to lack choline, ...it is because hype and novelty have overwritten the basics. Largely present in eggs, but the physiological levels for the body are high and we don't take that many eggs (our ancestors probably used to take a lot more eggs). Choline supports neurotransmission together with magnesium, theanine and creatine. We hope to contribute to major more innovative advances, but this is a good first step for us.
