Shipping can be stressful for livestock, so immediate attention is essential. In the rare instance that your item arrives deceased, please take a clear picture of the item still in the sealed bag. Ensure the photo includes both the top and bottom of the bag, as well as a close-up of the fish inside. Once we receive this information, we will contact you.
