Or keep it on your desk at work to help you make those hard decisions! Game Play Consulting the Looney Oracle begins by choosing between a Yes/No question or general advice. Three random Reply cards will be dealt out, face down. To find out which of these Reply cards to reveal, you will answer a series of questions, each time choosing between one of three unique Oracle cards.
