This is the versatile wall mounted version of my hanging plant holder. Handmade at my workshop in London, it consists of a steam bent band of carefully chosen oak, ash or walnut th at is steam-bent into a twisted teardrop. The neatly joined tip is pierced by a smart brass screw for mounting to the wall. The shelf is kept flat with a sliding dovetail joint and sculpted mount underneath that also has a brass screw that connects it to the wall. Ideal as minimal bedside shelves, in a hallway or for displaying interesting plants or treasured objects anywhere at home. Images show the walnut version.
