The Loop-Loc Stainless Steel Spring With Cover is an important part when installing winter pool covers. The Spring is used to hold down pool covers tightly to pool decking to secur e them from movement caused by weather, and outside forces. Some examples of outside forces that the cover would need protection from would be children, animals, and debris that may accidentally walk or fall onto the cover when closed during the winter. The use of the Springs helps make the winter pool cover more taut, so that if someone or something were to walk or fall on top of the cover, it would be reinforced enough to withstand the pressure.
