Flavours emulsions are a perfect substitute for regular essences in recipes. Generally; 1 teaspoon extract is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of Lorann Emulsions. Bakery emulsions are fla vours suspended in water as opposed to extracts which are flavours suspended in a base containing mostly alcohol.
