Named after Lost Valley Resort, the first in Maine to produce artificial snow, the Lost Valley Socks add a touch of ingenuity to your winter knitting. Knit in Tern, our wool-silk b lend, they are cast on using a Turkish Cast On and worked seamlessly in the round from the toe up. The smooth stockinette stitch heel is shaped with short rows, while the cuff is finished with 1x1 ribbing. A clean, polished edge is achieved with an Invisible Ribbed Bind Off, making these socks as refined as they are wearable.
