A good unused single of the 2c green Queen Victoria from the 1870-1893 Small Queen Issue, early second Ottawa printing, grayish newsprint (2O-C) paper, perf 12, showing unusual med allion dot at 9'oclock. Second Ottawa printings are not supposed to have these. Heavy horizontal crease and no gum, still useful for reference. Unitrade values this at $20, so we estimate it at $5.
