Deposits are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. The booking time with Lotus Chen is from March 4th, 2025 onwards. All reschedules and cancellations must go through Lotus. Once the deposit has been completed Lotus will message you with booking information. Once a deposit is made, The initial deposit will be deducted from final price discussed at booking.
