Crafted in collaboration with Sydney's Lotus group of restaurants, this Chinese cuisine inspired modern gin sees tangy Australian mandarin peel married with traditional Chinese Fiv e Spice. A complex and alluring nose of fresh mandarin and exotic spice leads into a warm, spice driven palate with Szechuan pepper adding a slight numbing quality. A beautifully complex finish of citrus and aromatic flavours leaves you salivating for more. Adding a touch of salt to a Mandarin G&T complements the pepper & spice exceptionally. Try it with a 'coastal' tonic, by Strangelove - also delicious with mandarin juice or a citrus soda.
