Rare jazz rhythms with a funky tropical twist, dug up by Jazzman of course. Once again the UK-based label digs deeper and unearths two sides of seldom heard sounds from French musi cian Louis Xavier. Xavier combines free form spiritual jazz vibes with funk-fueled rhythms on "Sipote," while "Suite" lets loose for even more mind expansion. Powerful stuff that is impossible to find on original pressing (it remains an unknown piece even in digger circles!), a must for deep jazz and funk heads.
