This recipe originates from the mountainous regions of Rethymno, where indigenous herbs grow abundantly. Villagers would use these wild herbs to season their sausages before smoking them over an open fire. Andrew's Loukanika are made using the finest Australian pork and is flavoured with an authentic blend of wild herbs.
