An elegant, straw coloured wine with a hint of green, the aromas are intense and pronounced with notes of white fruit, white flower and honey. Citrus fruit together with hints of b itter herbs, fennel and salinity. The palate is fresh yet voluptuous and rich and unfolds into a complex and fruity mid-palate. Its finish is marked by the saline minerality of its soil, which lends it personality and the character of a great wine. Show more
