Condition: Brand New Ships from: Melbourne Description Release details Tracklist Classic 1967 Sophomore Album on 180g Audiophile Vinyl LP! After releasing their eponymous debut album, Love broadened their scope into psychedelia on their sophomore 1967 effort, Da Capo. Closing the album is a 19-minute jam called "Revelation" that takes up the entire B-side of Da Capo. Review Love broadened their scope into psychedelia on their sophomore effort, Arthur Lee's achingly melodic songwriting gifts reaching full flower. The six songs that comprised the first side of this album when it was first issued are a truly classic body of work, highlighted by the atomic blast of pre-punk rock 'Seven & Seven Is' (their only hit single), the manic jazz tempos of 'Stephanie Knows Who,' and the enchanting 'She Comes in Colors,' perhaps Lee's best composition (and reportedly the inspiration for the Rolling Stones' 'She's a Rainbow'). -Richie Unterberger, AllMusic.com, 5/5 stars Genre: Pop & Rock Review AllMusic rating: AllMusic users: (1,694 votes) Read the AllMusic.com review Artist: Love Label: Elektra, Music On Vinyl Format: LP Units: 1 Country: Europe Genre: Pop & Rock Style: Folk Rock, Psychedelic Rock A1 Stephanie Knows WhoA2 Orange SkiesA3 ¡ Que Vida !A4 Seven &Amp; Seven IsA5 The CastleA6 She Comes In ColorsB Revelation
