“Any thought you have that does not inspire hope is rooted in a lie“ I heard this quote from somebody very wise. I have been wanting to create this piece for a long time. I’ve had A “No! People, stop believing the lie” shout in me that inspired me to create this. The world may be saying one thing, but —truth says,…hope says,….Love says,….God says… . I started out thinking I was going to write one powerful thing on the original work. Something truth filled, love filled, hope filled… you get it. I can’t stand seeing some of the words, not just hanging on peoples literal walls, but also on their minds. In my family, if someone says, “you’ll never do this or that” we say, “don’t be prophesying that over me!” So, on this newest painting, when you order the original or a print —-I’m going to prophesy something positive over you (The collector) I’m going to write/paint something original on each print. Which will obviously also make your print an original piece. But you can’t just hang it on your wall. You have to say it OUT LOUD every time you look at it. If you keep speaking it, you’ll start believing it.
