Handcrafted in Falmouth, Cornwall, this exceptional spirit is one of the few organic rums fermented and distilled from scratch in the UK. Created by two former chefs, it begins with 100% Soil Association certified organic molasses, double pot distilled and aged in ex-bourbon oak casks. The rum is then infused with a unique botanical blend featuring orange peel, ginger, and figs smoked over oak directly at the distillery. The nose opens with bright orange and warm clove, leading to a beautifully rounded palate of honeyed muscovado sugar and rich fig. The finish is long and satisfying, offering a delicate balance of sweet spice and gentle woodsmoke. For a signature serve, pair it with ginger beer and a squeeze of fresh lime, or enjoy it neat to appreciate its complex, culinary-led profile. A recipient of high praise from the IWSC, this sustainable spirit is a true triumph of Cornish craft.
