The blank wall in my bedroom was starving for artwork. My vision for it was a neutral and serene composition. As I painted, the shapes were not forced, rather the flowers emerged o ut of the wet-on-wet technique. The life lesson here, is that our relationships should also emerge out of being genuine and allowing intimacy to grow naturally by just being present with each other. "Lovers" felt like the perfect name for my piece. Show more
