It’s sweet and composed in the cup, with a soft, measured acidity and gentle sweetness that carries through from first sip to finish. Sourced from smallholder farmers across the Huila and Tolima regions of Colombia, this coffee is decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (EA) method, commonly referred to as the sugarcane process. Derived from naturally occurring compounds found in sugarcane, this gentle method removes caffeine while maintaining the coffee’s inherent character, balance and aromatic integrity. Show more
