Why is the fascination of possum fur with Tasmanian fly tiers? I guess it's an abundance of road kill. There are many variations of the Possum Emerger. This is one our favourites. This fly, in the cycle of the dun hatch, is moments before the emerging Mayfly occurs. One of our favourite tricks is to tag it 1' behind a light Highland Dun. This gives the fish a choice. Show more
