Our Wax Return Program is designed as a loyalty exchange for our valued customers, allowing you to send back your used MEL beeswax so we can transfo rm it into something new. How it works: 1. Read the Terms of Service listed below.By purchasing the MEL Wax Loyalty Return, you agree to the program terms. 2. Save 300g of MEL Beeswax- Only MEL beeswax is accepted—no other waxes or contaminants.- Store it in a sealed ziplock bag and remove excess debris. 3. Place a New Order & Add the Wax Return Program to your cart.- The program is only available with a new MEL purchase.- Add the MEL Wax Loyalty Return (€5 processing fee) to your cart at checkout.- Download and print the RETURN FORM. 4. Ship Your Wax to Us- Mail your sealed ziplock bag with the return form at your own expense.- Tracked shipping is strongly recommended as MEL is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 5. Receive Your Surprise Bundle- Once we verify your wax, we’ll include a 300g surprise bundle with your order.- Your bundle will include one or more handcrafted candles weighing 300g.
