Oxygen Sensor for the right-hand bank, middle (lower) position in the exhaust emissions control circuit of the 3.0L supercharged V6 petrol engine. The sensor threads into the exhau st downpipe and catalyst assembly and measures residual oxygen in the exhaust gas, reporting to the engine control module for fuelling control and catalyst monitoring. Bank and position are not interchangeable: lead length and connector routing are specific to this mounting point. Sensors seize in the exhaust boss over time, so allow for heat and penetrating oil on removal and use a suitable anti-seize compound on the threads when refitting. Show more
