Display your delicious cakes and pastries in this stunning handmade domed cake stand. The dome fits snugly into the pedestal base to keep your cakes protected and showcase them to their full potential. (homemade or shop bought!) Handmade glass. Mouth blown by skilled glassblowers to create a classic cake stand with dome. The foot of the cake stand is shaped and applied by hand to the stem while the glass is still malleable. The handle on the dome is drawn from molten glass and applied by hand to the dome. The rims of both are melted under a flame to achieve a soft rounded finish. (d) 26.5cm x (h) 25cm. Boxed.
