This NIBCO resilient wedge ductile iron gate valve provides full flow with minimal pressure drop and positive shutoff. The valve is flanged by mechanical joint, and may be used wit h confidence in water works and irrigation services. The resilient wedge ductile iron gate valve features flanged, flat face end connection by mechanical joint for easy installation and accessibility. Non-rising stem gate valves are recommended when positive shutoff is required and where space is a premium. These valves may be operated with a hand-wheel or square operating nut and wrench (wrench not included).
