FIBERGLASS Fibreglass is used in the construction of these boards to increase their overall durability and strength. 360° SIDEWALL Luca boards feature a 360° sidewall protection made from high-quality Polyurethane. This reduces the probability of delamination and wood chipping. WTF CORE TECHNOLOGY Luca utilizes a special core construction comprising of a mixture of different wood types using Vlam construction technology which makes these decks lighter and more responsive. CNC MACHINING All of Luca longboards are cut with a high precision machine using CNC technology (Computer Numerical Control). All edges and mounting holes are perfectly cut to exact specifications. HOT PRESS LAMINATION High temperature heat treatment is used when moulding each deck. This prevents any form of delamination. SYMMETRICAL SHAPE Luca decks are completely symmetrical so you don’t need to worry if you're skating regular or goofy. You are always on the right side.
