Ingredients Tomato (28%), Cream (Milk) (12%), Butter (Milk) (10%), Cashew Nuts (6%), Onion, Vegetable Fat (Palm), Ginger, Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi), Garam Masala (Spice Blend), Cardamom Powder, Turmeric, Clove, Cinnamon. How to prepare Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add your choice of chicken, lamb or pre-cooked meat and cook briefly. Remove and keep aside. In the same pan, add 200 ml water. Empty the contents of the sachet and mix well. Bring to a simmer. For a richer finish, add a little cream and butter if desired. Return the cooked ingredients to the pan and simmer until heated through. Adjust seasoning to taste and add a little extra water if a thinner consistency is preferred. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
