As we work with a handmade, highly variable product, often we are left with slightly underweight pieces of cheese when cutting to order for our online and wholesale customers. The piece of cheese you receive could be anything from our range. As such you need to be rather open minded and a true cheese lover. It is intended that this is purchased as an add-on piece to your order. Whilst our team do their best to include cheeses which are not already in your selection, due to the nature of this product, we cannot guarantee variety, especially if you order more than one piece.
