The Lucy Dress is a peter pan collar dress with gathered sleeves and buttons down the front. It comes in a dress length as well as a blouse length, and has an option to add a ruffl e to the collar or opt to leave it out. It makes for a classic silhouette that is comfortable enough to run and play in, but also dresses up great for holidays or special occasions.
