Peppery and spicy, but offset with juiciness of blueberry and blackcurrant. Light to medium bodied, glassy acidity, gentle tug of graphite tannin through its length, spice and viol et perfume on the finish. There’s no bulk here: it’s been chiseled to perfection. Wonderful intricate Shiraz. Fermented using wild yeast and 80% whole bunches included. Matured in large, old, French oak foudre and bottled without fining or filtration. Show more
