A special edition, precision-engineered Lumos in stainless steel. I’ve crafted approximately 4,000 pens by hand on my marvellous 1960s Myford Super 7 engineering lathe, and the phrase "they don’t make 'em like they used to" certainly rings true for this special bit of machinery. It pays homage to time-honoured techniques and machinery with its unique diagonally knurled cap, smooth and precise body finish, incredibly hard-to-machine triple start threads (which mean the cap unscrews three times as fast), and, of course, being made from the most enduring of materials, stainless steel.
