Lunch Lady is the bright and beautifully designed Australian mag about food and family. What grabbed us about this issue... This spring issue is bursting with colour, from flower-f illed projects to rainbow-inspired recipes. We kept coming back to a piece on Ziauddin Yousafzai, Malala’s father, which offers a thoughtful look at raising a child with the courage to speak up. If you’re looking for something to do outdoors, you might enjoy making a butterfly feeder with the kids as the garden comes back to life. On the recipe side, the strawberry scrolls are worth a look for a sweet weekend bake. Who is Lunch Lady for? Lunch Lady is for parents with young kids who need something light and fun to read. It has useful advice, relatable stories and inspiration for your home and kitchen. It's not a magazine that's suitable for kids to read but it has activities and projects for your kids to do. Things to make, easy recipes and even colourful illustrations that you can repurpose for fun cutting and sticking sessions with your little one.
