Lung steamer is a great way to get the healing power of herbs into your lungs. Similar to a nebulizer, you breathe this deep into your lungs. You can use this formula as a steam, o r smoke it. This herbal mixture is great for asthma symptoms. Simply boil a medium pot of water. Do not add the herbs yet! Remove the pot and set it in a safe area. Create a tent over the pot with a towel, lean over the pot with the towel over your head. Add the herbs. We want the initial steam in our respiratory system, that is where some of the essential oils are diffused.
