To be eligible you must register your rod by completing a Warranty Registration Form within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase in order for any claim to be eligible. If you believe you are entitled to take advantage of these terms, please email our customer service team, provide a quick explanation of what happened and include a few photos of the entire rod and the break.
