Developed at the South Dakota State University, the Luscious Pear is a medium sized bright yellow fruit. The tree is a beautiful addition to any orchard, with gorgeous fall color, very cold hardy and resistant to fire blight. Similar in taste and texture to Bartlett; very sweet and juicy. Excellent baking pear.
