Lustau's Vermut Rouge is a red vermouth from Spain, aromatised and fortified in the classic style at 15% ABV, made for sipping as readily as for mixing. Expect deep ruby colour, no tes of dried orange peel, bitter herbs and a touch of caramelised sugar, with a lingering, gently bitter finish. Serve chilled at 7–9°C over ice with a twist, or use it as the backbone of a Negroni or Manhattan at the yacht bar. Show more
