A collection of wines from Lúuma, a collaboration between three wineries (Subject to Change, Inizi Wines and Scribe Winery) and Revel Wines focusing on fresh takes on California varieties. The Wines 2021 Chardonnay Sonoma Coast2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Calistoga2020 Sauvignon Blanc Hillside Vineyard The Winery Lúuma started in 2016 as a joint project between the Mariani brothers of Scribe Winery and Matthew Plympton and Tom Hunter of Revel Wine. In bottlings released since then, Revel Wine has worked with John Harley & AJ Filipelli of INIZI Wines among others, with this Sauvignon Blanc being made by Alex Pomerantz of Subject to Change Wine. All of the wines in the lineup are made from organically grown grapes with minimal additions and manipulations with the goal of offering bright, honest and food friendly wines at an affordable price.
