Lighting an Advent wreath is a powerful and engaging experience leading up to Christmas, but the maintenance of traditional candles over four weeks adds time and effort to an already busy parish staff. Between drafts, dripping, and uneven burning, it can be a challenge to maintain a pristine appearance. With refillable oil Advent candle sets, your parish can ensure the sanctuary wreath looks absolutely immaculate and perfectly proportioned from the first Sunday of Advent all the way through Christmas Eve. Chiarelli’s Church Supply is proud to offer these premium refillable oil Advent candle sets from Lux Mundi. As the industry leader in refillable church lighting, Lux Mundi combines the traditional beauty of the liturgy with unmatched modern convenience. Why choose a refillable oil candle set? Always Look Brand New: Unlike traditional wax candles, these durable nylon candle shells permanently maintain a 12-inch height for a consistent presentation. Striking Visuals: Each shell is crafted with bold, rich colors and accented with elegant gold trim, creating a luxurious focal point for the sanctuary. Mess-Free: When used with quality liquid paraffin (a type of refined mineral oil), these candles provide a brilliant, steady flame without any of the soot, smoke, or messy wax drips that can ruin your wreath or altar linens. Cost-Effective Investment: While refillable sets are an initial investment, the durable shells are designed to last for many years. Parishes can save over time by simply refilling the liquid fuel rather than purchasing large new wax pillars every single season. Match your parish's specific Advent tradition with our complete 4-piece sets, available in both traditional purple and Sarum blue. Both versions include a central white Christ Candle. Please note that liquid paraffin fuel is sold separately. 3 Purple, 1 Rose (Traditional Roman Catholic) 3 Blue, 1 Rose (Sarum tradition) Choose the perfect diameter to fit your preferred aesthetic (all candles stand 12" tall): 1-7/8" x 12" 2-5/8" x 12" 3-1/2" x 12"
