Shipping To help ensure safe delivery, each Laguna Table is shipped in a custom wooden crate and protective packaging. A flat-rate shipping fee is charged at checkout. Please note that Laguna Tables are delivered via standard freight service. Once your table reaches your local delivery area, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Delivery is curbside only and does not include inside delivery, room placement, assembly, setup, or removal of packaging materials. The driver will unload the crated table from the truck, typically using a liftgate. The freight carrier's delivery obligation ends at the curbside or first safe, accessible delivery point at the delivery address. Placement at your front door, garage, or another specific location is not included or guaranteed and may depend on driveway access, surface conditions, and the carrier's policies. When the carrier contacts you to schedule delivery, you may discuss your property and driveway access with them and ask whether they are able to place the crate closer to your home; however, any placement beyond the required curbside delivery point cannot be guaranteed. Customers should plan to have assistance available to bring the table components inside and assemble the table after delivery. Timing Once your order is placed, delivery is typically 12–16 weeks. Local Pickup & Delivery Warehouse Pickup Customers may pick up their table from our Dallas warehouse. A $400 Warehouse Processing Fee applies to all local pickup orders and covers receiving, inspection, testing, storage, and preparation of the table prior to pickup. Customers selecting Local Pickup at checkout will receive a separate invoice for the Warehouse Processing Fee after their order is placed. Local White Glove Delivery Customers located within 15 miles of our Dallas warehouse may choose Local White Glove Delivery for $1,200. This service includes delivery to your home, professional assembly, setup, testing to ensure the table is functioning properly, and removal of all packaging materials. In-Home Assembly & Setup After Pickup Customers who initially select Local Pickup may add In-Home Assembly & Setup after picking up their table if they are located within 15 miles of our Dallas warehouse. This service is available by appointment for an additional $375 and includes professional in-home assembly, leveling, setup, and testing of the table after pickup.
