Ongoing email communications for queries and progress updates. How It Works: Select your desired package (Basic or Advanced) and proceed to checkout. After payment confirmation, you will receive an email with further instructions, and we will schedule your initial Zoom consultation. During the consultations, we'll discuss your vision, preferences, and goals for the website. I'll keep you updated on the progress via ongoing email communications. Once the development is complete within the agreed timeframe, your unique website will be finalised. Terms and Conditions: Customer is required to provide examples of up to three example websites for design direction and functionality. Customer must provide their own written content and their own/non-copyrighted imagery. Where required, branding colours and logos will be designed in Canva. No refunds are available under any circumstances, irrespective of whether the site is published or not. The Luxe Wellness Website Development Support Service does not include any other associated costs with running your own website (eg: domain name, host subscriptions, third-party app subscriptions, SEO, additional coding, advertising, registering or copyrighting your logo, Google account, etc.). Re-booking and Cancellations: Kindly note that a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or re-book your Zoom consultation to be eligible to re-book.
