Inlet Manifold Seal for the 4.4L AJ V8 petrol engine, sealing the lower inlet manifold to the cylinder head within the air induction system. It closes the manifold-to-head joint so the induction tract remains airtight and unmetered air cannot be drawn in downstream of the throttle. A leak at this joint upsets the metered air/fuel ratio and typically shows as an unstable or rough idle. The seal is renewed whenever the inlet manifold is removed. Show more
