Our flagship rum is unlike any other: LYON Dark Rum is unaged, yet rich & complex, a sippable, smoky dark rum with notes of butterscotch, baking spices & caramelized sugar. This is a rum for all seasons: extremely versatile, and equally enjoyable on the rocks or in any classic rum cocktail. We love to mix it with ginger beer, whip it into a rum sour, or stir it into warm apple cider. In 2013 we launched our nano-distillery to create unique & remarkable American rum. Our signature spirit is double distilled in classic pot stills from 100% Louisiana cane - a hybrid fermentation of raw sugar and blackstrap molasses.
