About 'M.P.N' by FaeDesfa: What a bomb! Call it orange or whatever you want, but this blend of Moscato Giallo and Pinot Noir is a true aromatic explosion. Following FaeDesfa's natural winemaking philosophy, both varieties are destemmed and pressed in steel and tonneaux, then blended after a couple of months in a ten-hectoliter cask. In the glass, it has a stunning dark golden color, while on the nose, the moscato aroma dominates, then unfolds with greater complexity featuring notes of clementine, candied ginger, and rose water. On the palate, it's well-balanced - with a pulpy texture, gorgeous tension, and a distinctive salinity that speaks of the terroir of the Euganean Hills. A pure artisanal wine that showcases Alberto Buratti's skill in making zero-zero wines. Perfect paired with Asian cuisine and seafood of all kinds.
