Please buy this service in advance if there is no lift service nearby and goods is over 100kg, or it will be delivered by truck without tailgate and you have to unload it by manpow er or forklift. Unloading Service to ground only, if it needs move in service, please contact us or dispatcher for extra cost. 1. large package is delivered by side open truck normally (see products pictures), not tail lift truck, especially in AU. 2. It needs at least 4 men to carry large package over 100kg, normally 25kg/ man labor. Because AU driver can not charge on site, there may be Re-delivery (local to local) cost US$150~350 USD if you can not handle unloading by yourselves. If not confirmed in time, it may be returned to our AU warehouse, and causes double local delivery freight. Please note. 3. For size over 2m or weight over 200kg, not suggested hand unload to avoid accidence like falling down which will be responsible by client' s side. Show more
