Overall, the mouse features four buttons and the scroll wheel functionality: left button (traditional left click) made from PBT plastic right button (traditional right click), made from PBT plastic pressing down on the aluminum scroll wheel to get the middle click button rotating the textured aluminum scroll wheel to scroll through screens pressing the aluminum top button to get the "browser back" function on a PC, or whatever mouse function you want on a Mac via the Mac OS mouse system preferences All this functionality is possible without needing to install any software drivers.
