What to expect after ordering Typical production time is 3-5 business days but can be up to 14 business days depending on the queue and during sales — character + Bot-Pack builds may take slightly longer since I'm printing the full figure plus the mini-bot per order. Care + returns Figures are designed for posing and light play. Joints are engineered to hold, but like any articulated 3D printed figure, repeated heavy posing or rough play will wear them down over time. I can't refund or replace figures that loosen with use or break from excessive handling — but I'll get you replacement parts on your next order at no extra charge. Just send me a note.
