Description TimerCamera-F is a fisheye camera module based on ESP32-D0WDQ6-V3, with onboard 8MB PSRAM and 4MB Flash. It uses a 3MP OV3660 image sensor with a 120° DFOV and supports photo capture up to 2048 x 1536 resolution. The module is designed for ultra-low-power timed image capture. Its integrated BM8563 RTC exposes an IRQ signal for device sleep and timed wake-up, allowing sleep current as low as 2μA. With timed photo capture at one photo per hour, the built-in 270mAh battery can provide over one month of battery life. TimerCamera-F supports WiFi image transmission and USB debugging. It also provides a HY2.0-4P port on the bottom for peripheral expansion, with an onboard LED status indicator and reset button for development and debugging. When in use, the PWR button is used as the power button (press and hold for 2s). To turn off the device, you need to use the software API or press the reset button on the PCB. When using external power, the device will remain powered on.
