M5GO BOTTOM2 is a functional expansion base tailored for M5Core2. It integrates a 6-axis motion sensor (MPU6886), a digital microphone (SPM1423), and a built-in 500mAh LiPo battery. The base includes two HY2.0-4P ports that support ADC, DAC, and UART protocols, enabling seamless connection with various M5Stack units for data transmission and control. On both sides of the base, beneath a light-diffusing cover, are 10 addressable RGB LEDs (SK6812), which can be programmed for status indication or dynamic lighting effects. The underside features pogo pins that support magnetic charging via a compatible dock (not included). These pins also allow I2C communication, giving users the flexibility to integrate additional I2C modules if needed. The bottom surface includes LEGO™-compatible mounting holes, making it easy to incorporate into LEGO-based builds and educational projects.
