Description The StamPLC Controller is an IoT programmable logic controller built around the Stamp-S3A control module for industrial automation and remote monitoring. It combines ESP32-S3 processing, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, isolated digital inputs, relay outputs, field-bus power interfaces, and a compact DIN-rail form factor. For industrial control, the StamPLC Controller provides 8-channel optocoupler-isolated digital input, 4-channel relay output for AC or DC loads, GPIO.EXT, 2 HY2.0-4P ports, PWR-CAN, and PWR-485. A 1.14-inch color display, RESET/BOOT keys, 3 user buttons, a buzzer, microSD storage, LM75 temperature sensing, INA226 voltage/current sensing, and RTC logging help with local monitoring and maintenance. The factory firmware uploads data to M5 EZData by default, automatically generating monitoring pages for convenient remote access and control. The StamPLC Controller is suitable for distributed control systems, smart manufacturing, industrial automation, and remote equipment monitoring. Notice: The PWR-CAN and PWR-485 output power pins are directly connected to the main input power. Make sure the input voltage matches the external expansion device. For Unit Roller485 or Unit RollerCAN, the note recommends keeping input voltage between DC 6 and 16V to avoid damage from voltage mismatch. Features StamPLC Controller based on the Stamp-S3A control module with ESP32-S3FN8 and 8MB flash. StamPLC 8-channel optocoupler-isolated digital input supports DC 5 to 36V signal acquisition. StamPLC 4-channel relay output supports AC 5A at 250V and DC 5A at 28V loads. StamPLC DC 6 to 36V wide-voltage input with DC5521 power connector. StamPLC PWR-CAN and PWR-485 interfaces support industrial field-bus integration. StamPLC 1.14-inch ST7789v2 color display, user buttons, buzzer, and RGB status indication. StamPLC integrates an LM75 temperature sensor, INA226 voltage/current sensor, and RX8130CE RTC. StamPLC built-in microSD slot supports data storage and firmware upgrades. StamPLC development support includes UiFlow2, Arduino IDE, ESP-IDF, and PlatformIO. Product List 1 x StamPLC 4 x Mounting accessories 4 x Screw clamp mounting parts Other Content To enter download mode, connect the data cable, hold the Boot button until the red indicator light turns on, and then release the Boot button. For signal-input wiring, the input channels use optocoupler isolation and support both high-level and low-level DC 5 to 36V input signal acquisition. The StamPLC Controller exposes pin mappings for PWR-CAN, PWR-485, RGB, user buttons, microSD, sensors, LCD, buzzer, relay control, optocoupler input, StamPLC-Bus, and HY2.0-4P ports. RGB color generation uses on/off combinations of the independent R/G/B channels and does not support PWM brightness dimming or gradient effects.
