It has machine vision capabilities, an OmniVision OV7740 image sensor, and OmniPixel3-HS technology, and it can even see in the dark! Plus, it's got lots of different vision identification capabilities. (For example, you can even get real-time updates on the size, type, and coordinates of the target you're tracking!) And there's more! The M5StickV also has lots of other great features, like a speaker with a built-in I2S Class-D DAC, an IPS screen, a 6-axis IMU, a 200mAh Li-Po battery, and so much more!
