Description SwitchC6 is an IoT single-live-wire smart switch controller for AC 100 ~ 230V load circuits. It combines an ESP32-C6-MINI-1 wireless SoC with a magnetic latching relay to help upgrade lighting circuits and build connected smart-home control. The controller comes with ESP-NOW control firmware and supports wireless control from ESP32 devices. It also provides development resources for Arduino, UiFlow2, and Home Assistant integration, making SwitchC6 useful for both retrofit installation and custom IoT projects. Its rear rail-clip design supports DIN rail mounting, while the live-wire-only power design is intended for single-live-wire lighting renovation without a neutral wire. Notes If SwitchC6 has not been connected to the circuit for a long time, the built-in capacitor may slowly discharge. When it is reconnected, it must complete charging before normal work begins, and this process may take several minutes. Features Single-live-wire control: designed for live-wire-only lighting circuits and smart-home retrofit projects. ESP32-C6 platform: based on ESP32-C6-MINI-1 with a RISC-V 32-bit single-core processor up to 160MHz. Wi-Fi 6 and ESP-NOW: supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 6 and ESP-NOW wireless communication for device control. Magnetic latching relay: controls AC loads with power-off state memory. Wide voltage design: supports AC 100 ~ 230V, 50/60Hz electrical loads. Lamp compatibility: suitable for tungsten filament bulbs and lamps with SCR dimming support. Status indicator: uses blue and green indicator states for charging, ready, connected, and disconnected status. DIN rail mounting: rear rail clip helps install SwitchC6 into compatible enclosures or rail-mounted layouts. Single-live-wire lighting renovation where neutral wiring is not available. Home Assistant connected switch control for local automation workflows. ESP-NOW wireless control projects using ESP32-based controllers. DIN rail mounted smart control inside compatible electrical enclosures. Product List 1 x SwitchC6 Other Content For wiring, SwitchC6 should be connected between the live-wire power supply and the load appliance. L-IN is close to the power source, and L-OUT is close to the load. The wire end should expose 10mm of metal, and the wire gauge should match the circuit maximum load current. The MAC address is printed on the back sticker. During development, convert the sticker format from XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX to XXXX-XXXX-XXXX when required by the development workflow. Short pressing the button toggles the switch state and broadcasts status information. Long pressing for 5 seconds broadcasts status information such as MAC address, channel, switch state, and capacitor voltage. SwitchC6 status broadcasts help a main controller monitor relay state and capacitor voltage in custom ESP-NOW control workflows.
