Features: 10 Pack Reduce the risk of bearing failure by ensuring that your machines are continuously lubricated with the right amount of lubricant, at the correct time. Self contained, stand-alone lubricator. Can be filled with any lubricant. Transparent housing for easy monitoring. Can be used in most work environments Including explosive areas. Certified by MSHA for use in mines. Works underwater up to 30' (10m). Powered by an electro-chemical cell. The cell converts electrical energy into safe, inert nitrogen gas. The gas is contained in a hermetically sealed bellow-type gas chamber. As the gas is produced, pressure builds up in the bellows and is applied against the piston. The piston forces the lubricant out of the cylinder into the point of lubrication. Dispensing Period: Between 15 days - 1 year. Depends on the setting of the simple, user-programmable, DIP switch. This selection can be changed or turned off at any time. Reliable: Dispensing is not affected by ambient temperature or fluctuations (within lubricant and luber parameters). Easy installation without tools. Major Benefits: Extends equipment life. Reduces man hours and workplace accidents by working in dangerous or hard to reach areas. Prevents lubricant contamination Reduces maintenance costs Eliminates downtime for costly repairs Remote Control optional. Recall rate less than 0.001% WARRANTY: The standard lubrication product warrantee is up to one year. The A.T.S. Electro-Lube 60cc Micro Electro-Luber Auto Greaser is a compact, self-contained lubrication system designed to optimize machinery performance while minimizing manual labor. Available in a convenient 10-pack, this unit dispenses lubricant at precise intervals to reduce bearing failure and extend equipment life. Built with a transparent housing for easy visual monitoring, the lubricator operates using an electro-chemical cell that generates inert nitrogen gas to steadily push lubricant through the cylinder without the need for external power or tools. Ideal for a wide range of industrial applications, the unit is specifically made for automatic grease lubrication. It can operate in various settings from manufacturing to mining. Its versatility allows for usage in underwater conditions up to 30 feet, explosive environments, and remote locations up to three feet away. Certified by MSHA and compliant with ATEX/UL safety standards, the bearing greaser can be filled with any lubricant and set to operate from 15 days to one year through a simple DIP switch. Its sealed gas chamber maintains consistent performance, unaffected by temperature variations, while preventing lubricant contamination and significantly reducing the risk of workplace accidents. By eliminating downtime and reducing maintenance costs, the A.T.S. Electro-Lube 60cc Micro Electro-Luber Auto Greaser ensures a streamlined lubrication process that enhances both safety and efficiency.
